What We Build

A chatbot trained specifically on your business content — your FAQ, services, pricing, hours, and policies. It answers common questions instantly, qualifies leads by collecting name and contact info, and routes appointment requests to your booking tool.

Integration

Embedded as a chat widget in your existing website. Compatible with websites built by Semper Facilis, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and most other CMS platforms. Requires website access for installation.

Training Process

You provide your content (FAQ doc, services list, pricing, about page). We prepare the training data, configure the bot, test it against 20+ real-world scenarios, and hand it off with a testing report. Revisions within the first 30 days are included.

Ongoing Cost

The $1,499 is the setup and training fee. Ongoing AI API usage costs (OpenAI or similar) are typically $10–$50/month depending on volume — charged directly to your account with the AI provider, not through Semper Facilis.
